Shipping policy

ORDER & PROCESSING TIME FOR NMA COUTURE

 

*We have a No Refund, No Exchange policy on all our designs

 

*Most of our items are made to order

 

*Once you place an order, you are accepting and have acknowledged that you have read our refund policy and your order cannot be cancelled for any reason. You have the option of choosing another design with the cost within an hour of purchase. If the chosen item cost more, additional payment will be required. Email us immediately if this is the case. *Our handcrafted designs require a procedure of steps that starts as soon as an order is placed. Orders will be processed and shipped within the lead time stated on the description of the item.

 

*Customization of any design will attract a fee. Buyer can provide accurate measurements after payment or we can take the measurements physically or virtually at a cost. Email us if you want this service. Email: contactnmacouture@gmail.com

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FOR NMA COUTURE

 

Orders within the USA are shipped with USPS priority mail or UPS.

 

Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days after production

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after production

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped. 

 

Please note, we do not process or ship orders over the weekend or U.S. observed holidays.

 

Packages are delivered to customer’s MAIL BOX or front porch. Please check your mailbox for your delivery. Buyer also has the option of picking up from their local USPS or UPS location, please email us if you wish to pick up.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address provided during purchase. Upon inquiry, We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Once the item leaves our production warehouse, the package and its contents become the responsibility of the receiver and all or any claims need to be submitted to the Post Office or delivery service responsible for delivery. Please verify your shipping address and have your package delivered to a safe location that you have access to.

 

 

What Happens If Customer Provides A Wrong Or Incomplete Address To Us? 

 

If you provide a wrong or insufficient address (e.g missing apartment number) the post office will send the item back to our office. In the event that this happens, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. For International: (Based on country's current shipping rates) incurred to re-ship the item back to your correct address again. 

 

 

If a customer provides a WRONG ADDRESS and such an order gets lost or delivered to the address provided by the customer, We will not be responsible for such a mistake and your order value will not be refunded because your order was shipped to the address provided to us by the customer.

Return policy

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY ON NMA COUTURE

 

*By checking out with a successful purchase, you agree to our Refund policy.

 

*All sales are final. All custom orders are final

 

*There is a NO REFUND and NO RETURN policy of all items.

Nma Couture cannot accept returns for a refund on all items due to sanitary reason or if the item is already made to be shipped.

 

*Any item returned without communication with, and acknowledge by seller will not be accepted and processed and becomes the property of Nma Couture after 30 days. Buyer is responsible for paying re-shipment cost.

 

*Please be sure to check the production time of your order before placing the order. Rush order option is available, please email us: contactnmacouture@gmail.com and get a reply before paying for your order.

 

*Important: We ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. If you are not sure about your size, use a tailor's measuring tape with inches to measure your Bust, Waist and Hip circumferences. If your measurements do not correspond with our chart, we highly recommend custom sizing. It is your responsibility to order you accurate size.

Once an order is placed, processing time takes effect and cannot be refunded. It's ok to send your measurements to confirm your correct size. Once the item is shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund for any reason. If for any reason the item doesn't fit only minor ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE MADE as our dresses are always inspected before shipment. Minor alterations are done at no cost to the buyer, major adjustments will be done at a cost depending on what needs to be done.

Please note, we do not cover alteration cost if buyer takes the item elsewhere.

EXCHANGE POLICY ON WOWWAIST

 

 

 

*** Due to the intimate nature of our products. We can only exchange brand new items that have never been used. Items that have been worn will not be exchanged. Exchanges are subject to strict quality approval by our exchange department. We offer Exchanges. No Refunds ***

 

 

We have created the perfect size charts for our customers. In the event that you do need an exchange, we are happy to approve exchanges for unused items that are still in their original condition within 10 days. 

 

 

 ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

2) WowWaist Vest

 

 

 

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

 

Exchange are subject to quality approval by our exchange department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements. Item and it’s packaging must both still be in original condition it was sent in. 

 

1) Unworn

 

2) Unstained

 

3) No hair particles, odors or perfumes

 

4) Unused 

 

5) No Marks or permanent wrinkles or scratches ON THE LATEX

 

6) No ripples on the front or back of the latex caused by sitting with the product on or forcing to wear it. 

 

7) Original Packaging still in perfect condition

 

8) Received within 10 days of purchase. 

 

9) Only 1 exchange per order will be approved. Please measure your waist size accurately. 

 

10) After your exchange package has been received, please allow 5-8 working days for our returns department to inspect and process your return. If approved, The requested size will be shipped out soon after.

 

Please inspect your item to make sure they meet these requirements. If your exchange item does not meet the above criteria, it will be DECLINED.

1) A note of the new size you want.

 

2) Your order number.

 

3) A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL with a TRACKING NUMBER purchased from the Post Office.

$8.55 (USA Addresses Only) shipping fee included in your package. 

 

If you prefer to send a MONEY ORDER, Please leave the "pay to" section blank. We will fill in the information. 

 

***We DO NOT accept STAMPS for exchange shipping****

 

 

We only accept MONEY ORDER or PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS. 

 

 

 ** For international orders. Shipping fees vary based on your country. Please contact us via email for current shipping rates. **

 

 

 

The shipping fee would be used to ship your exchanged item back to you. Please save your TRACKING information to track your exchange after it is shipped. We will not be responsible for losses or any issues resulting from the shipping label you provided. 

 

*** Please Note that the CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE for the SHIPPING LABELS associated with an exchange. The shipping fee you paid for with your original order has been paid to the shipping company to ship your initial order to you.

 

Any additional shipping costs on your exchange will require the appropriate shipping costs to be paid to the post office. Our company is not able to send return shipping labels to you or pay for any additional shipping costs incurred during an exchange.***

 

 

***Exchange Packages that do not come with a PRE PAID SHIPPING LABELING OR THE $8.40 SHIPPING FEE will not be shipped until the customer provides one. This will also add extra processing days to your exchange request.****

 

 Please Note: If your shipping company does not deliver your exchange package to our office. i.e Your package is delivered to an incorrect address of suite number OR Your package is lost. etc..

 

We will not be responsible for any of those losses. The customer is responsible for all items shipped to us. 

 

After your exchange package has been received, please allow 5-8 working days for our returns department to inspect and process your return. If approved, The requested size will be shipped out soon after.

 

An email will be sent to the customer immediately after their requested size has been shipped out. 

 

 

****Due to the intimate nature of our products, Items that do not meet the exchange policy requirements listed above and items that have been used or packaging that has been damaged will NOT be exchanged. Please Note that items sent in for an exchange are strictly inspected by our exchange department.
